Refund and Cancellation

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1.Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to all wallet recharges and service requests made through the SafematePlus platform, which is operated by STROMS LEGACY PRIVATE LIMITED By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2.Nature of Services

SafematePlus is a prepaid, wallet-based platform that enables Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, enterprise clients and authorized partners to access services such as:

  1. KYC validation
  2. GST and PAN checks
  3. Bank statement analysis
  4. Credit bureau insights
  5. Document verification APIs

All services are triggered and fulfilled upon wallet deduction. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals.

3.No Refund Policy

All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or account status

You acknowledge that:

  1. Funds added to your wallet are credited digitally and used to consume real-time verification services
  2. Each transaction is automatically processed once initiated
  3. Wallet balance is not transferrable, redeemable for cash, or eligible for refund under any circumstance, including unused balance

This policy is enforced without exception to prevent fraud, misuse, and operational delays

4.Cancellation After Recharge or API Invocation

Cancellations are not permitted once:

  1. A recharge is successfully completed
  2. An API request (such as KYC, GSTIN, Document or bank validation) is triggered
  3. A service is marked as “in-progress” or “completed” on the dashboard

5.User Responsibility

As a prepaid model:

  1. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of recharge amounts and entered account details
  2. You must ensure that all data passed to the APIs is valid, complete, and not intentionally misleading or fraudulent.

Incorrect use or misconfigured integrations that result in wallet deduction are not eligible for refund or reversal.

6.Duplicate Transactions or Failed Credits

In rare cases of:

  1. Duplicate payments
  2. Failed wallet credit despite payment success

You may raise a query within 72 hours of the transaction via email and Provide payment proof, transaction ID, and a valid reason. Our team will investigate and, if found valid, re-credit the wallet (not refund).

7.Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  1. Temporary suspension of wallet and service access
  2. Blacklisting of the account
  3. Legal proceedings for recovery of service loss or damages

We recommend contacting our billing support before raising a payment dispute.

8.Policy Revisions

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice to align with legal, operational, or security updates. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
